Image2PDF Pro provides an online tool that allows users to convert image files to PDF format. The Service is provided for personal and commercial use subject to the following conditions:

  • You must not use the Service to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material that consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious computer software.
  • You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting) on or in relation to the Service without our express written consent.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Image2PDF Pro and its licensors. Our Service allows you to convert your images to PDF format. You retain all rights to your images and the resulting PDF files. We do not claim ownership over any of your materials.

You are solely responsible for the images you convert using our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to process your images as part of the Service.
  • Your images and the use thereof do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
  • Your images do not contain material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Privacy and Data Security

We value your privacy and the security of your data. Our image-to-PDF conversion process happens entirely within your browser. Your images are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not store or have access to your images or the resulting PDF files.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Image2PDF Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
